Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the flashie app. By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using flashie

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
• Don't use flashie to create photos meant to mislead, harass or impersonate someone, or anything illegal or sexual.
• AI results can vary and may not always be accurate. You decide what to save and share.

Your photos

Your photos and the results are yours. You give us permission to process them only to create your photos, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Credits

• Each AI photo uses one credit. New users get a few free credits.
• Credits from a subscription refill every day. Unused daily credits don't roll over to the next day.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and don't expire. They are stored on your phone, so they can't be restored if you delete the app or change phones.
• If a photo fails to develop, the credit is returned.

Subscriptions

flashie Plus and flashie Gold are weekly subscriptions that renew automatically.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

The service

We work hard to keep flashie running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove looks and features over time.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
